Patrolman Ramon Ortiz teaches children at a local elementary school.

Patrolman Ramon Ortiz recently taught more than 300 children about rail safety.

He delivered two Operation Lifesaver presentations at nearby Mark Twain Elementary. Officers and safety committee members will continue to be involved in such presentations to schools, businesses and the community.
