Together, they enjoyed a cookout.

President/General Manager Percy Fields said events like the cookout will be a regular occurrence as they allow managers to connect with employees whose schedules don’t coincide with the business office’s hours.

A point of emphasis at the cookout was Confidential Close Call Reporting System (C3RS). Superintendent Safety Terry Hartwig reiterated to employees that reports are completely anonymous and the program’s sole purpose is gathering data to help drive enhancements to safety.
