Positive Train Control Manager Christian Milton-Davis recently lauded Signal Inspector John Peters for his contributions to the Forest Hill Flyover project and the cutover for Control Point (CP) Peck, which was previous owned and operated by CSX. The Belt’s team members installed new equipment, including a signal system that went live in February, and the company’s dispatchers now guide trains through that CP.

“He came in early, worked late and on weekends, demonstrating his dedication,” Milton-Davis said. “He was an integral part of the project’s success.”

He also pointed to the importance of planning and cross-departmental coordination.

“Everyone came together,” Milton-Davis said.
