Carman Ontario Drake went above and beyond the call of duty Dec. 2 to ensure safety and demonstrate situational awareness. 

While working his tour as West Markerman, he noticed that the HBRCNTW-21 had run the 29/37 departure yard switch. He immediately contacted the west yard yardmaster. His awareness and actions prevented a possible derailment and yard delays.
