The employee spotlight video series continued in February with Switchman Tracy Johnson and Signal Foreman Mike Heikes.

Manager of Human Resources and Labor Relations Caitlin Kerney interviewed both.

Johnson discussed the sense of community he enjoys at the Belt and teammates who have supported him. He also talked about his extensive Converse shoe collection.

Heikes chatted with Kerney about his dedication to his family.

“It was very sweet when he was talking about his daughter,” Kerney said. The interview includes Heikes discussing his daughter’s adventures in roller skating.
