Machine Operator Alfredo Hernandez retired after 30 years of service with the Belt.

“It’s not just about the years, but the dedication,” Manager Track Production Jeff Mateyack said about Hernandez. “He was a special employee and will be greatly missed. He was BRC through and through.”

Mateyack notes that Hernandez would regularly go above and beyond his duties as a material truck driver and shared a wealth of knowledge.
