Harold Kirman wants to help build a BRC that’s strong for the next 150 years.

As Director, Strategic Planning and Compliance, he is well positioned to do so. 

After working as director, rule compliance and train control, his new role will involve fostering a long-term strategic plan for the Belt. Kirman also will manage train dispatching. He’s excited by the opportunity the promotion presents.

“It allows me to be involved in all of BRC’s departments, so I’ll see more and help more people achieve their goals,” he said.

Kirman will work more closely with Mechanical, Administrative and the Business Technology group in addition to his already integral role with Transportation and Engineering.
