If you receive an Employee Pulse survey, please promptly respond to it. 

Every survey is only open for one week.

Pulse surveys can be anonymous if you don’t include your name, which is optional.

When prompted to fill out a survey, you will be sent a QR code that will link you to it.

How to access the survey:

1. Open the camera app on your phone.

2. Point camera at the code above (this code is not for a survey, but give it a try!)

3. Finally, tap the pop-up banner or the QR icon in the bottom-right corner of the app.
