Former Machine Operator Leo De Leon wasn’t able to retire under the circumstances he wished. 

Knowing this, former Roadmaster Bob Ward arranged a final hi-rail trip for him. 

To honor De Leon, President Michael Grace, Engineer of Bridges and Special Projects Scott Schiemann, Senior Field Team Leader Jeff Zoeteman, Roadmaster Roger Ochoa, and Track Inspector Bill Plut joined Ward and De Leon on the ride. 

After the ride, De Leon was presented a retirement watch.
