Recording her 30th service anniversary at the Belt on Aug. 7, Executive Assistant Cindy Homan said, “There are many reasons my career has been a blessing.” 

Along with enabling her to financially support her three children, Homan noted she equally appreciates her co-workers’ moral support throughout the years.

“They’ve seen me at my happiest times and helped me through my hardest times,” she said. 

Homan started as a steno clerk but entered the ranks of management in 2010, proving indispensable to leaders such as former General Counsel, Secretary and Director of Human Resources Tim Coffey and former Presidents Pat O’Brien and Mike Grace. 

“The Belt is family, small and comfortable,” Homan said.
