After 30 years, 2 months and 17 days, Carman Joe Kula retired on June 30.

  “Joe has had the same work ethic from his first day to his last,” Assistant Superintendent of Mechanical Bob Perham said. “He’s the embodiment of what a carman should be; he will be greatly missed.” 

Kula plans on enjoying time with family and friends at his cabin in Wisconsin.
