A new era for Belt’s Accounting is about to begin. 

Senior Director of General Accounting Jackie O’Neill has confidence in the department’s future as she and Accounting Manager Fred Eberhardt retire.

She and Eberhardt worked recently to ensure a smooth transition for new hires Director of Accounting Brian Dilger and Accounting Manager Matt Peterson. O’Neill commended them for their familiarity with the industry.

“They’re two good guys,” she said. “They have new ideas, which is always good. I wish them well.” 

Peterson praised Eberhardt and O’Neill.

“They’re knowledgeable and have been generous in sharing their experience,” he said. “They’ve remained engaged throughout. They are well respected and have a legacy. We want to continue what they started.”
