Training focuses on Golden Rule

Administered by Manager of Human Resources and Labor Relation Caitlin Kerney, Belt employees began participating in 30-minute small-group training sessions this summer, which included a brief video that emphasizes embracing diversity, promoting equity and championing inclusion.

“The training is a good start for such a large topic,” she said. “It boils down to a timeless message: Treat others the way you want to be treated.”
