Taking home the money could be easy. Your first step is to get fully vaccinated with a qualifying COVID-19 vaccine, such as those produced by Johnson & Johnson, Moderna or Pfizer.

Next, bring in your COVID-19 Vaccination Record card from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and if 90% of the Belt workforce gets fully vaccinated, it will activate a drawing for $5,000. If that happens, it’s roughly a 1 in 400 chance of winning!

As of October, the Belt is 37% vaccinated.
